David Van Sambeek represents a wide variety of clients on corporate, securities, business formation and intellectual property law matters. His practice involves both sophisticated transactional work and litigation. He specializes in counseling U.S. and international network marketing firms regarding regulatory requirements, corporate structure, business operations, and employment matters.
Mr. Van Sambeek prosecutes and defends clients in a broad range of commercial litigatino concerning unfair business practices, interference with business relationships, defamation, real estate, partnership disputes, and intellectual property.
Mr. Van Sambeek received his B.A. in Business Administration from California State University Fullerton. In 2006, he graduated with honors from Western State University in the top 25% of his class. While at Western State, he was slected as a special student lecturer on corporate fiduciary duties and a member of themoot court team. Upon graduation, he was awarded a Business Law Certificate recognizing his excellence in this field of study. |
