Derek Banducci represents clients on matters involving sophisticated transactional work and litigation, with an emphasis in real estate litigation. He also specializes in counseling network marketing firms about regulatory requirements, corporate structure, and business operations.

Mr. Banducci's litigation practice includes defending and prosecuting for clients in a broad range of commercial matters including for matters involving unfair business practices, interference with business relationships, defamation, real estate, partnership disputes, and intellectual property.

Mr. Banducci received his B.A. in Philosophy from Whitman College in 1999. He attended Whittier Law School on academic scholarship and graduated in the top 30% of his class in 2007. Mr. Banducci has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of California since 2000.
