NTC v. 2by2.net: Successful defense of multimillion-dollar suit for unfair business practices and theft of trade secrets.
Federal Trade Commission v. World Class Network: Successful settlement of regulatory action against network marketing company.
LifeForce v. Higbee: Unfair competition action against former officers of company for stealing proprietary assets, including distributorship list. Case was settled for injunction and damages.
Mall Ventures v. Vizion One: Unfair competition action against former officer of company for stealing proprietary assets, including distributorship list. Case was settled for injunction and $90,000 damages.
