Cathy Pham received her B.A. in Telecommunications
with an emphasis in Broadcast News from
Pepperdine University in 1992 and her J.D.
from Whittier Law School in 2002.
Ms. Pham was born in Vietnam, and immigrated
to the United States in 1975. Although educated
in the United States, she maintains her
cultural ties and heritage and is fluent
in the Vietnamese language.
Ms. Pham practices in the areas of complex
business and commercial litigation. She
has successfully represented Wellman &
Warren's clients in cases involving claims
of breach of contract, employment law, theft
of trade secrets, unfair business practices,
bankruptcy, and business and real estate
fraud.
